Vumile is a young, innovative and charismatic leader, boasting over 18 years of business entrepreneurial experience in a variety of industries. He has a proven record of forming teams, adding value, and turning opportunities to tangible businesses. He has an aggressive eye for value-creating opportunities with vast expertise in strategy formulation, combining technical expertise and business acumen. He brings a broad understanding of the local market and SMME needs and behavioural pattens. He has a passion for developing emerging businesses and helping them achieve the type of agility required to succeed in the growing digital economy. He brings over 5 years of CSI fund management, having worked with international donor/funders such as GETF, Coca-Cola and USAID. During this tenure, he worked as a programme manager responsible for SA funding to the value R15 million.

His academic achievements include IT Diploma at Eastern Cape Technikon (Now WSU), business management at the Leadership Development Institute, project management at Durban university of technology, property investment (Wits University), Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration at Milpark Business School and Masters in Business Administration at GIBS (deferred). He is a full member of Project Management South Africa (PMSA) and well-rounded leader with a passion for business growth and human resources development.
